Uramba Bahía Málaga National Natural Park
Bahía Málaga is considered as part of the “Hot Spots” of nature conservation on a global scale, it is recognized worldwide for being one of the destination sites for the seasonal migration of humpback whale populations (Megaptera novaeangliae), which arrive in its warm and calm waters to breed their calves and for reproductive purposes, being the most suitable site in Colombia for whale watching.
