Ciudad Perdida

Lost City, also known as Teyuna, is an ancient Tayrona indigenous settlement and archaeological site belonging to the city of Santa Marta. It was built around the 8th century of our era and is considered one of the main archaeological sites in Colombia.

 

It is part of one of the more than 250 ancient settlements of the four indigenous groups found on the north and southwest face of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, in the department of Magdalena in northern Colombia.
